Daily Wear & Care Instructions
Wear your aligners for 20-22 hours a day for optimal results
Remove aligners before eating or drinking anything besides cool water
Always brush and floss your teeth before putting your aligners back in
Clean your aligners daily with a soft brush and clear antibacterial soap
Keep your aligners safe in their protective case when not in your mouth
